Automatic assembly line labeling head
Basic using:
Can be used match with assembly line, stick label on top flat, cambered surface of passing products, realize labeling on line. Match to use with inkjet code conveyor belt to stick label on products. Can be used together with automatic plane labeling machine, automatic positional round bottle labeling machine.
Product Feature:
--Making a set simply, can be assemble directly on assembly line or packing machine, individually and linkage control, to come true automatic labeling, labeling with no person.
--Flexible using, with different label cover device, can realize sticking label on flat and curved surface of product
--Adjust conveniently, adopt single pole construction, labeling head can be adjusted at X/Y/Z 6 degree free and flexible, can match lots of assembly line.
-- High labeling accurate, correct construction avoid label goes wrong, subdivide stepper motor driver control the label, can sure passing labels at the right position
--Intelligent control,Automatic photoelectric tracing, no label for when product didn’t come, automatic correct, automatic testing, can avoid leaking and wasting.
--Touch HMI, with Chinese explanation and full damage reminding function, every parameter can be adjusted smply and fast, operation convenient.
--Stability capacity, use PLS + sensor electric control system, support equipment working long time
