1) About the Chain braid ring mesh
Metal ring mesh - each individual ring ncloses four rings. But whereas previously all bent chain links cumbersome and had to be welded, the modern workpiece is manufactured by highly specialized ring mesh machines in almost endless dimensions. Here, the wire is inserted into the machine, corresponding to the truncated set ring diameter to the required length, bent in a ring, and finally to the two wire ends are welded together.
We use carbon steel wire as the materials, must withstand long term both the salty air and the stresses caused by wind. And they require very little maintenance and can be 100 percent recyclable.
The chain braids ring meshes have compared to many other materials have a distinct advantage: they form a unified and polished to a high gloss surface. In architectural design it meets both functional and aesthetic functions. It is suitable for used as decorative materials, such as ceiling, partition and background decoration.
2) Specification
Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, al-mg alloy, aluminum alloy, brass, copper or other alloy materials.
Wire diameter: 0.8-3.0mm. Standard wire thickness: 2mm
Ring diameter: usual 15mm-25mm (or as per your request)
Color:Natural, silver, bronze, purple bronze etc.
Panel width: no limit
Panel length: ≤ 10m
Note: The ring mesh can be customized if you need any size!
3) Features
1. Fireproof: Its meting point is far higher than that of cloth curtain.
2. Stable: No shrinks or stretches when used.
3. Mildew proof: It will be fine when used in humidity conditions.
4. Light diffusing: Light filtration is controlled by curtain fullness and light conditions.
5. No Maintenance: Stains can be washed off by mild soap water.
6. Permanent: It will last longer than your life except you don’t like to hang it any more.
4) Installations
The Ring Mesh is usually fixed with an stainless steel or aluminum alloy frame. Around the ring mesh, we can fix the " S " type connect piece with one round wire, which wire is welded on the frames. and then install the frame on windows or isolation wall with screw or others.
