*1*Introduction of metallic fabric:
Metallic sequin fabric, made from the flexible sparking aluminum or brass flakes and rings in a various, is a new kind of decorative materials in interior design or clothing design in industrial applications.
With a light reflective surface, the metallic sequin fabric creates a simple, yet lustrous pattern of texture unlike any other material. Some applications could be for curtains and drapery, apparel and jewelry and fashion accessories, but it's inherent flexibility lends itself to all kinds of creative home decor and other an immense range of other possibilities.
There are four kinds of surface treatment processing, they are oxidization, printing ink, imaginary color coating and grit coating.
Metal sequin fabric is knitted by machine, which the standard size is 150*45cm/sheet or 120*45cm/sheet. It is standard size, but for other size(such as square meter), we accept customized.
Metallic sequin fabric is easy to cut into any shapes and sizes. It can divided into five kinds according to the diameter of the flakes, which are: 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm (Usually used specification).
*2*Accessories of metallic fabric:
Metallic sequin fabric can be easily installed for interior decoration, but is also flexible enough to be shaped for many other application. Metallic sequin fabric can be installed on the ceilings with aluminum alloy track and pulley with chain, the track can be fixed on the ceiling wall, the pulley can make the metal drapery move easily and the chain can control the pulley. Usually our woven metal fabric has 1.5 times and 2 times overlap, when the mesh is hung, it can be shown into a wave shape and make the curtain beautiful.
*3*Application of metallc fabric:
It can reflect effects of scale under the light, so it is widely used as curtain, screens for dining hall, isolation in the hotels, ceiling decoration, shoes , clothes , hats, bracelets, necklaces, belts and hand bags. etc.
