The head has a locking lever which when released allows the mixer to raise up out of the
way to either add ingredients or to remove the stainless steel bowl that locks on the base .
This mixer is has multiple speeds from the slow mix to the fastest whipping speed.

Operation Tips :
i. Main power :Please ask a professional electrician to check whether the local voltage meet the technical requirement of the mixer (the mixer housing should be well earthed).
ii. The speed-regulating button should be at “low” position before switching on or off the main power!!
ii .General inspection should be taken irregularly, to check on the easy damaged parts;
iii. At last, it should be laid in the dry environment with no corrupted air, with no contact with corrupting materials to prevent the product from being damaged.
