Z C Type & T Type No-damage Bucket Elevator
Functions and Features
It is optimum elevating equipment in grains, foodstuff and pharmaceutical industries.
Z Type and C Type bucket elevator is the independent R&D elevating equipment of our company. It features no damage, no broken of the elevated materials, used for lifting most kinds of materials in powder, granular or bulk. Meanwhile it can be used as the combined elevating works that means feeding elevating and also materials back flowing purpose.
Chain drive makes the elevating movement uniform and stable.
Overload protection device prevent the buckets from damage.
No damage and leakage of elevated materials.
Food-grade, high density plastic buckets features no poison, no deformed and longer service time.
Adjusting device is designed to adjust the tightness of chains.
Technical parameters
a. Power:0.75-1.5kw(380v) (depends on quantity and specific gravity of elevated material itself)
b. Except the driving part,the rest of parts are made of stainless steel.(can be made from carbon steel as per customer’s requirement)
c. Components: motor 1 pcs(power:0.75-1.5kw)(decelerator) 1, food-grade bucket 2, resistance limiter 1 pcs 3, chain 2 pcs 4, chain wheel 6 pairs 5, main structual frame 6, vibrating feeder (as per requirement) 7
d. The overall dimentions of the bucket elevator can be tailer-made as per customer’s requirement.
