2.1. All unit machines are skid-mounted construction, connected by fixed-size short pipe, after testing on supplier site, delivery the plant together with all pipes and valve to User site, the User needn’t buy them by themselves, we make ensure the plant’s perfect and integrate.
2.2 The User only need prepare well the workshop, workshop ground and crane is ok, needn’t prepare other installation materials and tools.
2.3 Small volume, occupied small area, complete set of plant only occupied 54M2(18m×3m).
2.4 Complete set of plant be installed without foundation, also has following advantages: stable running, easy operation, convenient maintenance, without easy-damaged spare parts within two years.
2.5 To keep all valve’s quality, the cold-valve of Rectification column adopt the best-quality valve in Air separation Industry; the Purifier valve adopt stainless steel valve, install thermostability mat in it, ensure little wear, no cooling leak, no gas leak, long life, during the long-term running.
2.6 All unit machines adopt the advanced technology, so reduce power consumption greatly, save electricity fee.
2.7 The cooling way of plant is by air, the User needn’t make cooling water pool, save capital cost.
2.8 The installation and commissioning time is very short, it only need 5-10 days.
2.9 The pipe of Purifier, and connecting pipe between Purifier to Rectification column, used in cold-heat environment alternately, the temperature changed range from 5℃~300℃ long-term, when temperature is low, condensing-water corrode pipe, when temperature is high, make the pipe oxidation seriously. To ensure the life of connecting pipe, and safety of plant, after all pipes connected and rust cleaning,then spray thermostability anti-corrosive primer and anti-corrosive finish-paint, avoid the corrosion, ecclasis and peeling appearance of pipe and plant.
2.10 To the safety of plant running, set four-stage pipe oil-filter, ensure no oil enter into Purifier and Rectification column, for watch the oil quantity, so that change the filter core, ensure the safety of follow-up plant, all filter equip pressure-difference meter, through the display of meter, judge the degreasing effect and filter core best change time, prevent bring oil enter system after the filter core lose efficacy.
2.11 The power consumption and starting time is the question cared mostly by
every User,through many years experience, we improve the technology of complete set of plant, shorten the starting time of both heat start and cold start, gap stop 12 hours, start(cold start) within one hour only, more suit to the shortage of sale volume condition and electricity price has peak and valley condition.
We can dispatch 2-3 technicians to user's site to guide installation, adjusting & training works, period is about 15-30 days. The user is responsible for the visa, return tickets, board &lodging, medical care & local transportation. The salary is USD 100 per day personal. The user needs to prepare tools, auxiliary materials & foundation.
