Fields of application:

Instruction:

Prepare :

a, Walls:

- Wall surfaces must be clean, with no fat oils, mechanical impurities. If walls could smooth before grinding before baits.

- If the old wall, they must clean the old lime paint, anti-mold moss off.

b, Tools

- Boxes, paddle, water, bait table, putty Mova Skimcoat AAC.

Mixing supplies

- Mixing water content: (19-25)% volume. Mix with mixer (also can be mixed by hand).

- Pour water into a small 50-liter mixer as directed, then the flour and mix well Mova Skimcoat AAC into a homogeneous mixture and put into use

AAC Skimcoat Mova construction:

- Use a steel trowel blades mixture desk on the wall.

- Depending on the wall surface and the thickness of baits baits to the appropriate class. Should baits minimum 2 layers, liner before and finish later.

Norms of use:

- Thickness of blades: 1-6mm (depending on the quality of the wall).

- Skimcoat AAC: 1.4 kg / m2 / mm (Usually Skimcoat lining thickness from 2.5 - 4,5mm)

- Skimcoat complete: 1.2 kg / m2 / mm (Usually Skimcoat perfect thickness from 1.0 - 1.5 mm)

Pack:

- In a dedicated silo

- For how Jambo (kind 500kg or 1 ton).

- In kind 40kg paper sacks moisture.

Storage and preservation:

- In which: At least 6 months in conditions which are not open, store in a dry place.

- In leaving the packed Jambo, in silos are fully protected against all the effects of the air.

- No special precautions other

Safe:

    Precautions: Mova Skimcoat AAC is a cement product, so it is alkaline. Take all appropriate measures to minimize direct contact with skin. If material is splashed in eyes, wash immediately with clean water and see a doctor immediately.
