Gravity Destoner
The TQSFB gravity destoner is employed for the continuous stone removing process, and it also fits for the classification of heavy and light grains.
Working Principle
There is a big difference in the suspended speed between grains and high-density matters such as stones, metal and glass, while the suspended speed for heavy and light grains also varies. Based on these, the mixed heavy impurities will be separated from grains, and effective gradation between heavy and light grains is achieved.

The gravity destoner is designed to realize remarkable cleaning performance for the grains, thereby providing high-purity raw materials. These materials are very important to fabricate top-level end products that should be in accordance with food safety standards.
2. High Separating Efficiency
Our machine possesses outstanding grain cleaning ability, and it could remove light stones whose sizes are similar to grain kernels' from a stream of grain in a very efficient way, thus offering superb cleaning result. Moreover, the high-density particles are also separated, so the downstream processing equipment is perfectly protected against wear and tear.
3. High Throughput
This product contains four models, and the throughput capacities are 6-12 t/h, 8-16 t/h, 13-22 t/h and 16-28 t/h, respectively. In addition, the marginal footprint ensures the optimal utilization of available space.
4. Wide Application
The gravity destoner suits a great many of applications. For example, it is commonly adopted for the processing of wheat, rye, maize, oats, buckwheat, barley as well as millet, and it also fits for breweries, distilleries and ethanol production plants.
