1. Can you provide OEM or ODM service?
Yes, our company professionally takes OEM and ODM service depending on our excellent R&D team, perfect quality and lighting solutions, just tell us your ideas
2. How can I get a sample for quality check?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. If you need samples, we will charge the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refunded after order confirmation if the quantity can exceed our MOQ
3. When can I get the quotation?
If any items get your interest, please send feedback to our email or chat with sales manager. We usually quote within 12 hours after get your inquiry. If you have a very urgent project that needs our quick response, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry as priority.
4. What's the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the reason you place the order. Our usual practice is around 25-35 days after the deposit payment. And we suggest that you start inquiry 40days before the date you would like to receive the goods.
5. What is the terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You could choose a most convenient and cost-effective method.
