This apparatus covers the determination, at reduced pressures, of the range of boiling points for petroleum products that can be partially or completely vaporized at a maximum liquid temperature of 400°C. Both a manual method and an automatic method are specified.

Overview

HK-1004A High vacuum distillation apparatus conforms to the ASTM D1160 Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Reduced Pressure. It is used for measuring at reduced pressures, of the range of boiling points for petroleum products and biodiesel that can be partially or completely vaporized at a maximum liquid temperature of 400°C.

1. The apparatus adopts quartz tube electric furnace heating, antioxidative, corrosion resistant, high thermal efficiency. Oil splashing prevented.
2. Thermoregulation method adopts stepless voltage regulation by solid-state voltage regulator.
3. Use air bath as the cylinder bath, corrosion prevented.
4. Measuring cylinder slot adopts stainless steel material, corrosion prevented.
5. Digital display the temperature of bath, high precision of temperature control.
6. The apparatus is equipped with vacuum pump, it features small size ,light weight, low noise, easy and reliable operation
