DTJ-V Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Machine The product is special capsule filling machine which is suitable for medium and small pharmaceutical factory, hospital preparation lab, etc. The machine adopted programmable control system, touch panel operation, stepless transduction speed-shift, and electronic automatic counter. And it automatically completes the action of position, separation, filling, locking, etc. The dosage is accurate, and the operation is convenient. The overall machine is made of stainless steel, and it is suitable for the capsule which is filled with powder and grain.
1.It adopts Cycloid Motor for making machine in lowest sound running.There three Cycloid Motor in this machine.
2.DTJ-V adopts Touch Button for operating. It will be hard for makingpowder into Controlling System.
3.Easy for Changing Mould from Size 00 to 5#.
4.The machine is whole Body stainless steel. Capsule Feeder is Copper,Capsule Disk is Aluminum Disk, Capsule Locking position Copper. (For Detailedplease see following Mould List)
