With our self-made thermoforming molding machines, adopting the most advanced thick-wall thermoforming technique in domestic, we can produce from 0.14mm to 8mm thickness of plastic products, and it's equally excellent as the mold-injection products made of ABS, PS, PP, PE, PVC, PC and PET. Our main products are refrigerator inner plastic frame, projection TV rear shell, all kinds of machinery panels, pet cage seat, plastic light boxes, plastic characters, bags, train compartment roof cover, car dashboard, chair back board, car door and roof cover and toy car shell etc., which can completely substitute for mold-injection plastic products as well. This technique significantly reduces production cost and cycle because of the lower mold cost(only1/20 of injection mold), short research time(average 3-5days) and short mold production time.
