- 1. Q: What’s the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: One piece.
- 2. Q: What’s the best FOB price?
A: Our price is made as per your drawing specification as well as the purchasing quantity.
- 3. Q: What’s the lead time?
A: Normally, it takes around 35 days.
- 4. Q: What’s the payment term?
A: Generally, FOB Shanghai, paid by T/T. 30% deposit before production, and the balance paid off before shipment.
After-sales service and quality information:
- 5. Q: What will you do when you receive the quality complaints?
A: First we will try our best to make sure all the products we ship to our customer are in high quality, but if we receive the quality complaints, the photos of the products are needed and the analysis report will be provided to our customers within three days, if it is our problems, the new product will be shipped out or deducted the value in the payment.
- 6. Q: If I don’t have drawing, what can you do for me?
A: If you don’t have drawing, but if you have the sample part, you may send it to us. We will produce it according to the sample.
- 7. Q: How do you make sure the quality of your products?
A: A series of inspections will do from the raw material to final products:
a. raw material inspection (includes chemical and physical mechanical characters inspection),
b. machining process dimensional inspection (includes: self inspection during every process, final inspection),
c. surface inspection.
