Performance
The near infrared group type production line is a shoemaking production line newly designed to enhance production efficiency during shoemaking. The production line adopts brand new humanized design with good and practical human-machine operation interface. The whole operation, by adopting high-performance NIR near infrared radiation heating, it has such advantages as power-saving and high heat efficiency with temperature at upper, middle and lower layers being independently controlled. With the moveable oven design, it can make itself be rapidly adapted to the adjustment of shoemaking process. The operations of bottom forming and setting are integrated. Different specifications of production lines can be designed according to the output requirements of customers so as to meet customer demands.
Features
1. Using hot air circulation drying tunnel, the first glue dried, the second glue drying, this system is also applicable to water-based glue.
2. Closed heating system, heating quickly, good insulation properties, power saving;
3. Unique air exhaust device which completes exhausting the steam and vapor form the heating oven, th avoid the emission pollution for the working environment. It could be made a safe environment.
