The machine is used to carry out hot-melt adhesive folding operation of leather products, including materials such as PVC, PC, natural skin and artificial skin etc. in shoemaking industry, leather industry, handbag industry and mobile cover etc.
CHARACTERS
The machine carries out whole-course folding operation by adopting computer chip intelligent control. The functions can be set through the panel display to control the machine. With the automatic electronic sensing operation of leading technology, it is the most advanced folding equipment in the industry. It has a multifunctional folding system integrating automatic gluing, automatic cutting, automatic pressure foot hoisting, electronic locating, French style edging and insole covering etc. and the safety coefficient has reached CE standard. The folding width is maintained equal when folding, additionally, the reinforcing belt of 4mm width can be folded into.
1. Automatic folding and no need to step on.
2. When automatic folding of outcurve, straight line and incurve, the rotate speed of mainshaft can be set separately.
3. The distance of folding process in outcurve, straight line and incurve can be set separately.
4. Automatic glue head lifting and no need to step.
5. When off-working time, the glue head will stop to supply the glue.
6. When folding incurve, the width will be make up automatically.
7. 10 photoelectric eye locations are optional in order to control the automatic change when folding.
8. The system of setting delayed gluing can make no glue in the glue head.
9. Automatic cutting when incurve.
10. The dual protection of gluing system can make no glue drop and absorb the glue automatically.
11. With the automatic electronic locating of servo motor, it can save 70% energy and electricity.
12. The reinforcing belt of 4mm width can be folded in together, so that, the tensile strength of the material edge can be strengthened.
13. The height of machine can be adjusted and it conform to the principle of ergonomics.
