High Speed pet/PP/pe Strap packaging Machine
PP strap production line is used to produce mechanical or manual bands with 100% PP recycled granules as materials, if raw materials, it will be better. This kind of band is widely used in the packing of kinds of fields such as mines, general merchandise, weaving, electrical equipment, apparatus, architecture, medicine, etc.
Machine Advantages:
1. This line is specially designed for the production of PP Straps. It can produce 2 PP Straps at the same time that saves energy by 20%-30%;
2. Both the Shaping Water Tank and Calibrating Tank are made of stainless steel that the tanks are long-lived;
3. PLC Controller by touching keys with alternative languages, which is safe and easy to operate that keeps good status of all part and ensures the stable performance of whole line and continuous production of PP Straps.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a.After being informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to our factory.
b.After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory;We will send one or two technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines.
cMeanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
