The HZSDJ container vertical skip type concrete mixing plant is a new commercial concrete mixing plantdeveloped by NFLG on the basis of absorbing latest technology achievement in the field of concrete equipment and integrating many years of improvement, innovation and customer feedback. It’s characterized by little land consumption, quick installation and convenient transportation.
2. Characteristics for Container vertical skip type concrete mixing plant
1) Vertical skip, little land consumpiton, reducing by 70% in comparison with conventional plant;
2) Adopting one self-made 40gp container and 4 self-made 20gp containers. It takes just three days to complete installation of its main structure;
3) Water and air pipelines are pre-installed in containers and their connection is realized with quick joints, making it especially quick and convenient to install and transfer;
4) The plant is fitted with mixer of capacity 2.5m3, which makes a ideal complement with popular 10m3concrete mixer truck;
5) Steel structure fundament is also available, which would reduce cost and time spent on foundation preparation.
