Product Description

Pig launcher and receiver traps are custom manufacturerd for sub-sea,off-shore and onshore applications.

Pig launcher is used to launch the pig into the pipeline, and pig receiver is used to receive the pig after

they have made a successful launch. A launcher is located at the upstream end of the pipeline to launch the

pig into the pipeline, A receiver is located at the downstream end of the pipeline to remove the pig from the

pipeline.

The choice of these traps will depend on the type pf pig to be run and pipeline design conditions.

Pig Launcher and Receiver Standard Features
A main body or barrel for pig storing
A quick opening closure for inserting or removing the pigs.manually or motor operated(electric,hydranlic or pnenmatic)
A tube end for connecting the trap to the pipeline
Fluid by-pass nozzle for pig motion control
Minor fitting nozzles for pressure and temperature gauges safety valves,drains ,vents etc.
