Q: What kind of products you are manufacturing?
A: We make all kinds of freestanding bathtubs, skirted bathtubs,shower rooms, sliding doors and aluminium frame doors.
Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It is 1 hour away from Xiaoshan International airport and Hangzhou East railway station.
Q: What is your delivery lead time?
A: It usually takes 25-40 days after getting deposit, we will clearly advice in our quotation.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T 30% deposit and balanced before delivery or L/C at sight.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We deliver our products based on full container load, assorted products meet MOQ is acceptable, our minimum order quantity depends on each products.
Q: Can you do OEM & ODM?
A: Most of our products are based on OEM, but we also can follow exactly what our customers required, that means we can provide ODM for our customers. Just sending us your idea and we can make it to prototype for your approval and make the mould for production, model cost can be negotiable while you sent your enquiry.
