1.Is ZJ Paddle a manufacture?
Yes, we are a professional manufcture of various paddles/oars. Our factory locates in Hangzhou, about 2 hours’ journey from SHANGHAI City by High Speed Train. Warm welcome visiting us.
2. What’s the difference in the core foam between ZJ Paddle blade and other factory’ s blade ?
The core foam for ZJ paddle blade is the PVC foam, imported from DIAB Group, Sweden (the foam normally is used for making the aircraft), while most other factories use PU material and shaped by hand. As we all know that the PU foam will re-expansion when in high temperture, that is why the PU foam blade edge will split very easily and the dimpling problem will frequently occur after usingfor a short time, on the other side, the PVC foam provides ZJ blades with better stability than the PU foam, ZJ Paddle blade seldomly have the split blade edge.
3. What is ZJ PADDLE factory’s production capacity?
We are able to export 3500 pcs paddles per month. Normally it takes about 10 days for the production of 35 pcs paddles after the prepayment.Our warehouse have mass stock of thousands of paddle blades to meet any demands.
