Machine description of mini pellet mill
A. The machine based on the foreign advanced technology, our machine adopt inlaid type rotating roller, pressure roller is adjusted, the function has reached the international advanced level.
B. it use of forced-feeding, and is equipped with overload protection device, equably feeding, low noise, making its operation more secure and reliable.
C. it using large conditioner , so that materials ripen more fully,pellets more smooth, moderate hardness, pellet rate of 98%, and wear rates reduced to minimum.
D. Adjustable feeding speed, accurately controlling feeding quantity, to adapt to the different materials, different production needs of the particle diameter. The machines to produce pellet capable of processing a variety of pellet feed,
feed Pellets the pellet mill can make:
1. poultry class feed: chicken feed, and pigeon feed, and quail feed, and duck feed, and so on ;
2. livestock feed: as pig feed, and cattle sheep feed, and donkey feed wait;
