1.Functional features of cattle feed equipment :
This series of pelletizing machine has advantages such as reasonable structure,advanced technology,high output,low power consumption,with safety interlocking mechanism and magnetic-selection iron-removing device,with good die presser materials and high degree of pellet finish.
This machine can process different pellet feed,pasture feed and organic chemical fertilizer.
This machine can be used for processing of large,medium and small-sized compound pellet feed,pasture and chemical fertilizer.
Drive with gear box with high efficiency.
Extended stainless steel conditioner with long conditioning and cooking time.
The bearings and oil seal at the main drive are imported,lubrication of bearing assured by reliable oil return.
2. How to Work of cattle feed pellet machine :
The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well before delivery, once user connect it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder.
Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. The pellet will be out directly.
3. Raw Material Rquired :
The material can be corn, maize, wheat bran, bone powder, fish powder, with nutrition material, and vitamin etc.
the animal feed manure can be used as raw material for fertilizer pellet.
