Roller Shutter Window:
Today, roller shutters are the most practical way to secure residential and commercial buildings. In addition, a roller shutter can be installed on any existing window or door. More and more homeowners are discovering the benefits a roller shutter has to offer. Fully rolled down, a shutter not only protects against natural disasters, but protects against burglars and intruders, lowers energy costs, reduces outside noise levels and gives greater privacy. Made from Aluminum or PVC, the shutter rides in tracks mounted on the side of the window. The shutter can be raised or lowered either manually, by pull strap or a gear/crank handle, or electronically.

| thickness of glass ( 5mm or 6mm or else , if you have no idea we can recommend according to window size) / | |

| Q3: | What is the standard size of your windows and doors? |
| A: | Our product is CUSTOMER MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions. |
| Q4: | What is your delivery time? |
| A: | For the series we stocked 10 working days with 300M2 , For the series unstocked 40 working days with 700M2. |
| Q5: | What is your payment terms? |
| A: | 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container. |
| Q6: | Will we need to install the glass (onsite glazed) or do your windows come with the glass installed? |
| A: | We will install glass at factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and if easy for you to install the whole windows/doors on site glazed are recommended for big sized products. |
| Q7: | What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems? |
| A: | 5 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. |
| In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days. | |
| Q8: | What kind of service will you provide? |
| A: | We are able to provide the engineering as well as supervising service to guide installation our windows and doors, curtain wall as well. |
| Q9: | Are your products Certificated? |
| A: | Yes, we will make our product tested and certificated if your order quantity is one 40-feet-container. |
