Vacuum thermoforming is a plastic manufacturing process in which a 2 dimensional thermoplastic sheet is heated to a forming optimal temperature and,
using vacuum and pressure, is formed into a 3 dimensional part with process of fooling production process.
Step 1: Heating plastic sheet
Step 2: Vacuum forming to shape
Step 3: Cooling to maintain shape
Step 4: Making half finished product
Step 5: CNC Processing
Step 6: Trimming edges
Step 7: Drilling holes
Step 8: Examination and checking
Step 9: Cleaning and Packaging
1. Customized plastic product, material, color, size, shapes, logo, surface finished, packaging etc. can be customized by customers.
2. Design plastic product. Our engineer team can develop the products according to 3 D files or your sample.
3. OEM & ODM are our main types for manufacturing plastic products for customers.
