1. What products this machine can pack?
Most bigger or fine granule material, please refer Applications.
2. What's the bag shape this machine can pack?
Pillow bag shape with center sealing and both ends sealing. Bag gusset is Optional.
3. What's the bag size this machine can pack?
This vertical packing machine has a few kinds of model. Different model can pack different volume and bag size.
Please let us know your target packing bag size and volume. We will select the best suitable model for you.
4. What is the machine material?
For machine shell, there are Carbon steel and Stainless steel to optional. For all machine parts contact contact stuff are Stainless steel. We can make the machine according to your stuff or your requirements.
5. What kind of film roll material the machine is suitable?
Laminated plastic film, such as OPP/CPP, OPP/CE, MST/PE/PET/PE, VMCPP or VMPET(aluminum laminated films), aluminium films, foils film, or pure PE.
6. How thick film the machine is suitable?
Usually the machine is suitable the film thick is 0.02~0.2mm.
7. What languages the machine PLC and operation touch screen?
Normaly we set two kinds of language: English and another language as your requirement.
8. Now we list some models with packing size for reference. Notes: to each model, the same bag forming device can only pack one bag width, the bag length can be changed at random.
420 is suitable for Max. bag width 200mm, Max. packing volume 2kg.
520 is suitable for Max. bag width 250mm, Max. packing volume 3kg.
620 is suitable for Max. bag width 300mm, Max. packing volume 4kg.
720 is suitable for Max. bag width 350mm, Max. packing volume 5kg.
820 is suitable for Max. bag width 400mm, Max. packing volume 10kg.
