Be sed to convey loose, bulky or bagged materials on inclined surface at angles of less than 40 degrees. |
Details:
Chevron fabric conveyor belt is used primarily when the angle of incline
becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt.
The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with smooth
surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types
of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.
Characteristics of chevron conveyor belt :

3. Cleats and top cover rubber are vulcanized integrally
4. Cleat pattern, angle and pitch are designed elaborately
