Q: What is the delivery time for the sample and the mass production?
For samples it about need 10-15 working days with regular specification, and 20-25working days for the mass production;With special specification it need about 15 working days for samples and 30 working days for the mass production.
Q:What is your MOQ?
Normally the MOQ for the dc gear motor is not less 1000pcs,. But we are willing to support your first trial order with small quantity.
Q:Do you have motors on stocks?
Sorry, all the gear motors are customized, so it is difficult for us to make on stocks.If you have big quantity,we are willing to make some stock for you,then can be shipped divided into several times.
Q: What is the payment terms?
For small amount like samples, use the Paypal will be OK and TT/LC for the big orders. We also accept the 30% deposit and the balance paid before the shipping .
Q:What is the shipping method?
For the samples and small orders, we recommend the Express, like DHL, FedEx and TNT. It is very fast, safety and relatively cheap; We go with FOB/CIF/CFR terms if shipment by sea and air.
Q:What information do you need if we need a recommendation on the motor?
We need to know the basic specification of the motor:Dimension, Application, Voltage, Speed and Torque. If you can provide us the samples, it will be the best.
