Warranty Terms:
All of our fat tire electric bike are guaranteed and backed by our technical assistance and considerate service. Furthermore, we usually send you a certain percentage of spare parts free of charge based on 40HQ container order, and the value should be equal to 2% of the total payment. During the guaranteed period, any of the parts could be replaced upon receipt of your photos for proof. We can also offer training service for your staff at our factory if needed.
1. The frame: 3 years
2. Front fork: 24 months
3. Gears, bearings: 12 moths
4. Handle bar, stem, brakes (excluding brake shoes and pads): 12 months
5. Battery, charger, motor: 12 months
6. Paintwork (excluding deliberate or accidental damage): 24 months
7. Wheel rims, rear rack and kickstand: 6 months
The warranty is only valid within the country the bicycle was purchased. Whereas, it is not valid for normal wear, misuse or neglect, improperly operation, damage or failure due to accident, parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible, modification of the frame, fork or other main components.
Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test.
Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 25-40 working days for production based on specifications for you order and quantity.
Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: We usually accept T/T or L/C at sight as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.

A: We offer different warranty time for different components, please contact us for details.
Q: Do you have the products in stock?
A: No, all fat tire electric bike will be newly produced according to your order including samples.
Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed up in one full container.

A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping.
