1. Feeding Bucket Type FB006
Application:
This bucket is designed as the first process of the blowing lay-down. The raw stock reserved in the bucket will be plucked in an appropriate potion by spikes on the lattice and then evenly fed into next process.
Main features:
Raw stock horizontally fed and vertically plucked enables its blending, opening and impurities removing;
Inverter control of lattice speed according to productivity
Opening roller ensures a homogeneous feeding

2. Opener Type FB101
Application
This machine is designed to pre-open raw stock. Under the interaction of proper card clothing and speed, materials of a large mass twisted together will be carded into small bundle.

Four groups of worker rollers and transfer rollers equipped to cylinder
Slow speed of rollers.

Application
It is mainly used to fine open the fibers from the opener FB101.

Application
It’s mainly used to slowly open materials and removes shags and impurities embedded and form a smooth fiber.

Equipped with special card clothing.

5.Semi-worsted Card Type FB200B
Application
This machine is able to carding natural fibers like cashmere, camel’s wool and yak’s wool. These fibers , as opened and fed into this machine, will be fed into cards manually or by chute feeder. Shags and impurities will be removed in this process and a fine product will be yielded.
