1.Product detail:
Using a special twin-screw metering, easy to control. The fluidity improver is not blocked, non-adhesive. The unique design of the structure, can completely prevent the bridge. Working theory:
Motor through the multi-stage reduction gear reducer box respectively, driven screw and a stirring blade, to rotate so that the screw is rotated, the material within the hopper and orderly transfer out added to the feed port of the other device to achieve the purpose of feeding; while stirring blade the rotation is mainly to prevent the material bridging phenomenon, can provide adequate screw continuous feed .
Note:
1,Feeder should be kept in the course of the cleanliness of the environment, not to transport some of the less liquid material, because it requires a the material special feeder to resolve.
2, do not exceed the rated volume of feed is loaded, so as not to affect the life of the feeder.
3 ,cleaned regularly to keep the equipment clean.
4, to keep the oil level in the gear box, so to ensure the lubrication of the gears and bearings of the tank .
