1: Composition and Application
Double alternate electric plaster saw is composed of electric reducer motor, main drive gear, bearing, grease seal, seals, gearbox, anchor screw, stop nuts, protective shrapnel, protective plate, protective seat, protective cap, blade, switch, bettery socket, 24V power adapter, etc.
It is mainly used in demolishing the orthopedic casting tape or plaster bandage and resetting or renoving.
II: System and features:
Double blades electric plaster saw operation is based on the running of reducer motor be pushed by 24V dc power adapter. The gear dives two running axis mobilize two blade into alternative movement. It can realize removing the plaster or casting tape directly without using scissor. During theoperation, protective plate can protect patient from hurt by blade.
The drive motor adopted in the 24V dc power, the blades are isolated by protective plate and protective shrapnel, safety of patient and operation can be guaranteed. The features of this machine are safe and reliable, strong and powerful, light and handy (suit for women), attractive appearance, operation stability, small vibration and low noise, blade can be used with two sides. The outstanding advantage is that it can remove the plaster or casting tape directly, no need to use scissor again.

IV: Operation instruction
1. Check whether the saw blades are flat, or teeth broken or correctly installed before using.
2. Unload the protective plate before assembling the blade, internal blade first, then external one. Turn off the nuts in clockwise sense with the assorted tool. Testing the machine, through the noise and rotated condition adjust the nuts tightness until machine running normally.
3. Disinfect the blade before cutting.
4. Hold the saw tightly and make the saw protective plate inside plaster bandage, and put the pro tective shrapnel open slowly. Press the switch button and push the saw go ahead until plaster be opened.
5. When the blade work does not efficiently, turn to another side, the operation as first assembly; Notify that do not exchange the internal and external ones.
