 Structure and working principle

The machine is made of front pedestal, feeding hopper, screw, filtrating screen, juice storing device, rear support, slag notch and other parts. Screw spindle support in the rolling bearing and right-hand side supports in hand wheel bearings. The electric motor drive the spiral working through a pair of v-belt pulley.

Working principle:

The main component of this equipment is that spiral bottom diameter increase and spiral pitch gradually reduce along the direction of material residues outlet, when the spiral boost the materials, due to the spiral cavity volume reduce so it can squeeze the material. Viewed from the screw spindle direction of rotation to the direction of feed hopper & slag notch. The raw materials are added into the feed hopper is clockwise direction, it pressed by the spiral propel, and the squeezed juice will flow into the juice container through the filter screen, and the waste materials will be discharged through the annular space which formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part. The interspace size adjustable when the pressure regulating part move towards the axial direction.

When we look from the equipment’s slag notch to feed hopper, turn the hand wheel bearing pedestal, regulating part to the left, the interspace willnarrowing, conversely it will bigger. It’s for clockwise change the size of the interspace, that is to say changing the resistance ofslagging, so it can change the slag yield. But if the gap is too small, because of the strong pressure, part of the residue particles and juice will squeeze out through filtrating screen, although the juice increased, but the quality of juice will decline. The interspace size should be depending on the user's specific technical requirements.

Installation operation and maintenance

1. The machine must be installed level, and fixed by ground screws

2. Operation:  

When the machine start, the pressure head should be adjusted to maximize the annular gap, the gap decrease gradually to meet theprocess requirements,  use a brake to fix the position of handwheel bearing seat. 

3. Material feeding must be uniform, it’s strictly prohibit to put the hardness

foreign matters into the hopper to avoid damage the screen.

4. Maintenance:

The filter screen must be washed by the water and brush after every work shift. If refined filtration more nemaline juice, it should depend on production status, increase net washing once, use hot water washing the whole machine after the materials pressed.
