Production description :
This set of equipment use austenitic stainless steel, cooling jacket use dimple jacket, it’s set under the tank and cone base, itwill effectively increase the cooling speed, and different ratios clamp cover heat exchange area can be set according to customer’s technological requirements, the bottom is 60° small cone base, it’s designed for fermentation and improve beer propagate yeast, it’s PU heat preservation, the outer wrapper use all-welded stainless steel plate, manhead, CIP cleaning, thermometer boss, sample connection etc parts.
Production features:
1. The specification is 100L -3000L, it can be customized according to customer's need
2. Use imported high quality stainless steel 304 or 316L material welded together.
3. The precision up to the hygiene grade standard, inwall polishing smooth finish less than 0.6 micron, exterior use stainless steel polishing (it can make to primary color, mirror polish etc effect)
4. Imported polyurethane high pressure foaming heat preservation, cone base shape, cooling jacket use Maitreya plate, arch passage, corrugated passage etc various clamp cover heat exchange mode.
5. There are washing sterilize pipelines, material pipelines, coolants backflow pipelines and co2 pipelines connect among tanks. All material pipeline contact stainless steel pipeline use hygiene grade standard, inner and outer surface polishing, meet the dairy food hygiene standard.
6. PLC control system realize automatic, semi-automatic control, ensure the accurate and effective of technological parameter and experimental result.
