Ductile Iron Double Orifice Air Release Valve
The body is cylinder shape. Main parts inclede stainless steel ball, stem and disc. This valve normally installed in the exit or the distribution of water pipeline, to eliminate the air in the pipe. This valve will absorb the air in the valve when the pressure is negative in the pipe, to avoild the damage of the pipe.
Character of the valve
1. The surface of the body, stem, disc was sprayed with epoxy resin, with excellent anti-corrosion properties.
The marterial of the innner parts is stainless steel and copper, that insure the purity of the medium.
2. The copper material of the valve town and the lever, make service life longer as the high wear resistance
3. Dust cap is fixed on the guide sleeve. It is compact and lightweight and beauty.
4. It should installed on the highest of the pipeline.

Action priciple:
When the tube began to inject water, the disc is in open to release the air. When the water is full, the ball will
floated and drive the valve closed, to stop the air release. When the air gathered corresponding degree through the transportation,
the ball will fall to the air will release. When the pressure is negative in the pipe, the plug will open quickly to absorb the air to ensure the pipeline safety.
