Advantages:
Full bore design, eliminating pressure drop and eddy efficiently, and abating scour of solid particles in liquid.
With balance end rod structure which could reduce the opening/closing torque.
It can be operated by hydraulic piston for normal situation, for emergency, it can be closed by the hand wheel.
Metal to metal sealing is adopted between body and bonnet, as well as gate and seat.
Supersonically spray hard alloy for the gate, and for seat, it is whole hard alloy design, with good abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance.
Seats are fixed by retainer plates, with good stability.
The stem designed with back sealing facility, which could replace stem sealing under pressure.
One side of bonnet is designed with sealant injection in order to supply sealant and improve sealing and lubrication performance of gate and seat.
