1. Guangxin Oil Press Expeller Extractor General Description
The oil press made by Guangxin is widely used in oil refinery and rural enterprises for squeezing oil from oil
seeds, nuts, etc. It is welcomed by users because of the fatures below:
- Healthy! Physical squeezing craft maximally keeps the nutrients such as the protein, fatty acids and minerals, etc.
- High working efficiency! The spiral squeezing structure can achieve high oil output, the oil content of the residue cake is low. Oil plants only need to be squeezed by one time when using hot pressing.
- Long durability! Long durability: all the parts are made of the most suitable material and treated with refined crafts, such as cemented quenching and tempering to increase the hardness, consequently the durability.
- Cost-effective! The wearing parts on the machine such as the squeeze loop, squeeze spiral and squeeze bar are designed to be dismountable. When they are out of service period, users only need to replace them and no need to displace the whole machine.

4. YZYX70ZWY Mini screw oil press peanut oil expeller characteristics
- Has combined functions in one—auto warming up, frying, squeezing and crude oil's filtrating, therefore saves labor cost and time consumption. Users no need to buy a frier for hot pressing.
- The function of auto-heating the press cage has replaced the traditional way by squeezing residue cake, which shortened the preparation work and reduced the energy consumption. When the squeezing is suspended, the temperature can be maintained at a certain degree by this system.
- The two vacuum filters equipped on the machine has advantages of easy operating, high output and the filtration result is precise.
- Day output 1.0 ton/24h, oil content of residue cake is ≤8%.
