Product Description

Technical process:

pretreatment(purification) ,liquefaction ,storage ,loading and auxiliary system etc. the main processes are purification and liquefaction.

1.Purification process includ filtration ,heavy hydrocarbon desorption ,acid gas desorption ,dehydration ,demercuration ,etc.

2.Options of Liquefaction process are Expander which is used in newly-built large and medium LNG equipments.

Expander (Be widely used in small and medium-sized LNG plants)

1.Characteristic:

simple configuration ,
low investment ,
quick start ,
easy operation ,
good adaptability and energy-saving.

2.Principle:

After being compressed in refrigerant compressor ,refrigerant is supercharged by expander supercharging side .Then it goes into liquefaction heat exchanger for cooling .Before reheating and entering into refrigerant compressor ,refrigerant expands in expander and returns to liquefaction heat exchanger to provide cold energy .Refrigeration cycle forms through this process.
