The working process : feeding ---heating area (4 heating zone ,heating by remote infrared ceramic heater)--forming area ( vacuum forming ,press forming and synthetically forming ) --Pneumatic cutting knife cut the shaped sheet into pieces --winding scrap .
1. feeding area install automatic pneumatic device ,which reduce the labor force
2. heating area adopts remote infrared ceramic heater ,with which the machine an get the most stable and even temperature
3. It is is an all-powerful thermal forming machine with integration of vacuum forming ,press forming and synthetical forming .
4.The machine adopts digital system , fully automatic PLC mechanical and electronic integration control ,touch screen to control the working programme .
