Textile dust collecting machine for blow room factory
Description:
1) Series LDC07 textile dust collector for nonwoven products factory, it can be widely used in the air-conditioning and dedusting system of such light industrial enterprises as cotton spinning, chemical fiber, bastfiber spinning, papermaking, tabacco, fiberglass fiber, raw cotton, etc.
2) For collecting the fiber & dust in the dust air to purify air and to achieve the goal of recovery or discharge.
Application:
1)It is mainly used used for air conditioning and dust cleaning system in textile industry area, such as cotton, wool, klinen/ramie and chemical fiber, etc..
2) It can filter and collect dry fibrous impurity and dust in the aur, which makes dust air purified and reach the requirements of recovery and discharge.
Processing:
1)It is mech-electrical unit consisted of the first-stage disc prefilter and the second stage multiple round cage dust-filter.
2)The first stage fileter is used to extract separate, collect the fibrous dust in the processing air;
3)The second stage filter is used to filter out the fine dust from the air exhausted from the first stage filter.
