We prefer cdr, pdf, ai, svg, but will also accept psd, jpg, gif, bmp, tif, png.

How to get the sample from factory? How about the sample fee?
You can get our free sample in our stock but freight cost.
For the sample fee, usually the sample is charged due to we need make mold, but if your quantity is so big and reaches our target, and then we can refund the sample charge to you bulk order placed.

Production is normally 3-5 days after deposit..
