Diamond wire cutting concrete machine for quarry
The electrical control system of our cutting concrete machines are with PLC and two inverters that allow to variable linear speed of wire from 0-40 M/S. The translation and 360 degree rotation of flywheel-holder head of cutting concrete machines are motorized and allow an easy and fast positioning of the machine, as well as the execution of two parallel cuts. All the movement of the wire saw machines are motorized and an automatic mechanism keeps always constant and programmed tension of diamond wire in working conditions. Our Cutting Concrete Machines are with Safety devices that shut off the machine in case of wire breakage, over voltage, over electric current, over heating of motor, incorrect maneuvers etc. The greatest advantage of our cutting concrete machines are safe cutting and good diamond wire durability as well as being user friendly.
The major functions of our cutting concrete machines: |
1-Variable wire speed range from 0-40 M/S
2- Automatic step-less tensioning system to keep the wire always in optimal working condition.
3.Motorized rotation of driving wheel holder from 0-3600 with limit protection for over movement.
4.Motorized lateral extension of flywheel shaft position +/- 350-400mm with limit protection for over movement.
5-Maximum travel speed on rail without loading 17.5 Meters/Min.
6- Safety alarm and stop system in case of unexpected wire break or any other faults.
7- Distant control with very simple panel to operate the saw with better safety easier understanding to the operator.
8-Separate automatic reset selection switch to control the rotation and lateral extension movement; which can be take off when it is no need.
9-20 second main motor start alarm sound and flash light to warn around people leave away.
10-Big and strong steel frame with dimension of 2m length, 1.4m width and 1.3meter height which allows more inside space for easier maintenance and repairment.
11-General gross weight: 2500-3400kgs; General volume dimension:4-7cubic meter (with packing)
