2. Hot-dipped wire mesh cage can enjoy a 15-20 year life span, while cold
galvanized cage can withstand 7-10 years.
3. Hot-dipped steel plate cage leg support, not welded angle-iron steel bar with oil painted.
Note:
Using 5-tier cage, it will demand for automatic egg collecting system, as well as automatic feeding system, so the cost will be a little big, so people usually choose 4-tier, or 3-tier cage.
Diameter for wire mesh
1. 2.3mm Q235 steel wire (Egg Tray); if diameter thicker, the egg breaking rate rise by 1-2%.
