Here, we are submitting the Quartz Double Distillation as per the specifications given below:
All Quartz Double Distillations:-
It has been designed in view customer’s requirement and easy serviceability of the equipment. All Quartz Double Distillation consists of demountable upper and lower boiler. The lower boiler has a built in heater enclosed in a quartz boiler with a cup on top. The upper boiler has a built in quartz coil and condensing unit which is mounted on the boiler with the help of ball and socket joint.
Double walled condenser ensures separate condensation of vapours coming from the two boilers using a single cooling circuit.
The unit is mounted on a specially designed powder coated stand and is also provided with Safety Control Unit.
Double Distillate Quality:
a) Specific Conductivity: 0.1-0.5µs/cm
b) Biological Activity (distillate quality): Pyrogen Free
c) Organic Matter : Nil
(Standard Test Conditions apply) – Treated water used.

a) Easy cleaning of the first boiler since it can be dismantled from the assembly.
b) Ease of interchangeability as it is provided with Ball & Socket joint.
c) Boiler and condenser have larger boiling space resulting in balanced boiling and improved quality of distillate.

Note: it is recommended to use water Softener / Reverse Osmosis Unit with Water Distillation Apparatus.
