Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are manufacturer.The factory covers an area of more than 2,000.00 square meter,which including production workshop, spray workshop, assembly workshop, showroom, office etc.
Q: How many people in your factory ?
A: We have more than 30 people in our factory,we can produce more than 200 finished fitness equipment in a month.
Q: If order, how to shipping my goods ?
A: 1. When we confirmed order, customer have to pay 30% deposit to our factory ;
2. After we received deposit, we will start to arrange equipment in producing ;
3. During producing, we will regularly send the production situation of products ;
4. Before product finished one week, we will invite customer to our factory testing the product, if customer do not have time, we can arrange our QC to inspect and will supply TEST REPORT with signed and stamped.
5. After all equipment passed inspect, we will arrange to book space and arrange shipping, all details picture which necessary we will send to customer ;
6. After shipping on board, we will remind customer the container arrival date and make sure customer receipt of goods smoothly.
7. If have any problem of gym equipment in the future, we will supply 6 days * 24h service, all problem we will solved within 7 days .
Q: How to make payment to your factory ?
A: We can accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Cash total 4 different types payment methods.
Generally is 30% deposit pay in advance, 70% balance pay before delivery.
