1: Does HENGKAITUO accept small order for PCB assembly?

Yes, we consider all orders as a blessing, and we appreciate all buyers as valued dealers, will pay high attention to a small order as a bulk order

2: What if sample or order got damaged in delivery?

All PCBA boards will be well packed to avoid damage in delivery. However, damage happens in international shipping, if unfortunately you got the package in broken and damaged condition, do not sign the receipt of the courier company, if you already signed it, take some pictures of the package as an evidence, then we will file the complain to the courier company. HENGKAITUO will send you new package if you don't get what you order for.

3:Can I get free sample?

Yes, HENGKAITUO is glad to offer free samples based on our long business. However, if there are much complex components in PCB, HENGKAITUO has to charge basic cost of the sample. For the new customer, samples fee will be deducted from the initial bulk order.

4: How to customized a sample?

Before you put sample order with us, Pls. supply all the production details to us, there are PCB gerber files, BOM list, If you need us to do injection mold assembly for you, Pls. send us your 3D drawing. If you need us to do PCB design for you, Pls. send us your PCB schematic,and PCB structure size. If you need us to do software programming and testing for you, Pls. send us your software programming file and testing guide file. Meanwhile, it will be better if you can provide a sample for our reference and testing. In one words, our service is one stop PCB assembly service. 

5: Do I need to pay deposit for an order?

For sampling or small order, HENGKAITUO usually requires 100% full payment before shipping. For bulk order, 50% deposit with orde, the balance was paid before delivery

6: EXW-Shenzhen or FOB-Shenzhen or HongKong?

We usually quote based on EXW Shenzhen, quotation will be available if you require FOB Shenzhen or HK.
