◊Al-Si alloy specification◊
Silicon Aluminium/ Aluminium Silicon alloy is composed of silicon, aluminium and ferro. Aluminum Silicon alloy is a strong compound deoxidizer. Efficiency of aluminum can be doubled if Aluminum Silicon is used in the production of steelmaking compared with the use of pure aluminum. Low melting point products formed after aluminum silicon deoxidization are easier to float from the molten steel so as to reduce impurity, purify steelliquids and raise production. Aluminum Silicon alloy can also be used as reductant for production of heat metal etc.

1. In steel industry, used as deoxidizer and desulfurizer.
