Operation
JIEERQI 101 PE fusing machine cleaner
1.keep the rubber stripping machine above 220 ℃ , or according to the thickness of work piece set up the temperature.
2. put a layer of cloth on The heating plate , avoid the cuttings direct contact with the hot plate, in case of burn.
3. spray directly on the residual cuttings of hot melt adhesive, put the residual cuttings part with hot melt adhesive on the top of ironing machine, put with a layer of cloth, make it dry.
4. If stubborn spots or rubber oil which is difficult to clean,using brush, or repeat the above instructions.
5. Remove the unidentified material fabric, do a test in a small zone, confirm no harmful to the fabric.
