GUERQI 218 high performance liquid adhesive for PU leather
is specifically for extruded sheet of sponge rubber , rubber plates , rubber tubes , PEF material, polystyrene board , PU leather, pearl cotton , cotton insulation and other materials developed spray adhesive , in air duct install insulation interior decoration, gift boxes, foam packaging boxes, sofas, mattresses , insulation materials and other industries use is quite wide , sticky , high cost , low odor, excellent cold resistant characteristics. At the same time the product does not contain toluene and chlorinated solvents , compared to conventional spray , flexible operation, easy to save , effectively reducing the cost .

it's good adhesion, high performance, low smell, resistant to heat and cold, etc.No three benzene and chloride solvent, compared to traditional spray adhesive,more flexible operation, convenient and effectively reduce the cost. It's special for sofa, mattresses and other furniture manufacture,
Operation:
1. Keep the bonding surface clean and dry,no oil or water. Shake can well before using;
2. Spray at a distance of 15-20 centimeters, and from an angle of 45 degrees;Press the nozzle and move uniformly. Ensure the adhesive is proper and even. Need to spray both bonding surface, and then bond after 1~3 minutes. In low temperature and high humidity environment,air more time before bonding.
3. Please spray down for 2~3 seconds to clean the nozzle after using, avoid jammed.
4. After airing proper time(depending on the exact operation temperature, when surface dry and viscous),put the two bonding surface together, better bond correctly at one time.
5. Suggested operation temperature: 20-35 °C.
