Stainless steel emergency valve

Stainless steel bottom valve is installed at the bottom of tanker, tank truck that transports liquid chemicals etc with emissions and switch function. The product ensure the seal and no spillage when in transportation and unloading oil.

Feature:

The bottom is installed at the bottom of the tanker. It connect with unloading ball valve by unloading pipeline.

The bottom valve seal part stretch to the internal tank. In normal circumstance, it maintains in closed state.

It unloads by operating control device. When complete unloading, it recovers the closed state by operating device.

It is equipped with safety self-locking device to maintain the safety.

Once it occurs traffic accident, even though the tanker body unloading pipe and valve body is hurt, the bottom valve remained in closed state as long as the tanker body is not hurt.
