The belt scraper is newly cleaning equipment. It is used for cleaning the waste of the belt and widely used in steel industy, cement industy and power plant ect. The main component of the belt scraper is ceramic block(as following picture).The belt scraper is totally different from the plate-type cleaner in struction. The belt scraper is aslanted in the front of the head pully, the belt scraper is contacted with the belt all long as the function of the spring. The nut of spring can adjust the degree of the tightness, increase and decrease the tension.
The full set of the belt scraper as follows, there are two types, aslanted type cleaner and V-type cleaner. Within the 1200mm of the rotary drum, the aslanted type is adopted and exceed 1200mm the V-type is adopted.
